For Poyer, is he only obtainable by winning Super Bowl at Legend?

For Wilson, I didn't play any H2H ranked for seasons 1 or 2. How would I go about trying to get that Johnny Wilson card?

yes poyer is only in a legend super bowl pack. he is not in rookie or veteran, can confirm as i’ve won both and didn’t get him 

ranked is fine until you get to elite/hero, it starts getting pretty sweaty, if you start playing now, just keep playing and try win as many as you can. once you hit champ 1, don’t touch the mode anymore don’t risk getting demoted
