On PS5 I’ve had success fixing similar problems with clearing the cache and restoring licenses.

How do I do that? I'm also on ps5
You can google search them and get a ton of results but I would go directly to the PlayStation website and search it there.

I did it. I still can't go into the sets. I even tried selecting a card and then add to set. As soon as the set thing pops up. I'm booted out. Frustrating!!
Same issue on pc.
I guess I need to try and go through EAhelp, unfortunately it seems designed to make it difficult to actually contact a person. Same for Twitch in my opinion.
Update - noticed Solo Battles do not work, the solo season or whatever the new solo vs cpu does work.
Trying to select at least every most feared player I have clicked on so far - in the binder - kicks me out with the same server can't process your request message.
Also cannot see kick meter. This has happened before though.

Yea. It's a pain in the ass!!! And half the time they don't do anything. New sets come out and we're stuck.

Plus they never seem to recognize that the bugs effect the time frame we have to work within to advance in the game. No effort to provide compensation - for example - when you screw up it should be on you to fix it, why are they not providing EVERY PLAYER ( effected or notany and all related rewards when they have servers or sets down for days. ( think it is better to let 10 guilty men go than put one innocent man in prison sort of outlook )
The issue with the Rookie premiers earlier in the year and most importantly the recognition of the effects it had on players is something I have been begging them to do for years. The make rights in that case is how I feel they should treat these kind of issues.

Hopefully you found a fix or it will be corrected when you log on today. While EA itself may seem well… useless in any effort to help some of the people on their forums are not. They have a section on their forum where anyone can post the issues they are having and anything being done to fix them. I feel like a lot of fixes and work arounds are actually discovered by the community.

I was chattin with ea last nite for an hr. Nothing worked. Tried when I woke up. Still screwed up.
I've been trying to get my Xbox series s to access sets since yesterday's release and nothing has worked yet.

Dealing with my 3rd person right now. I'm able to manually put into sets through the card. But still no access to the actual sets tab
