I bought the unstoppable pack for 12,000 in game currency. As I opened 1 pack, in the middle of the animation the servers went down and I lost all of my packs. It’s been around 14 hours since then and nothing. It’s not on the companion app and it’s not in my inventory. Ea help said they saw I have lots of unopened packs but because the first pack opened right before the servers went down they can’t help me. Do I just wait? I’m so angry. How can a company be so poorly ran

If it's Xbox just delete saved game data and reboot

Also if you log out of companion app and clear storage and cache and log back in it shows them
