I currently have 1.1 million coins and don’t know what to do with them I have all 90s and 89s on my team what do I do just hold the coins till a good drop

Sell your team and play this game like others, a financial watch building exercise.  This way, you don’t have to play the crappy game and at the same time, you can steal low priced plays and jack the price up for all to enjoy!

I'd hold them and stack some more when and where you can...good overall and coin stack...you doing it right.

You may need millions more based on what they did and how much they were last year!

Flip cards, make sets, or go win in Champs or Seasons for coins.

You've got a 90 OVR team, what do you mean, 'What do I do?'

I would hold and save until Harvest or even Zero Chill.  If you're bored, you can try and snipe cards . But IMO you can also spend that time playing seasons/ranked/champs for more coin
