What Stops a Nine-Route?

I've got 90+ MCV/ZCV corners that just let speedsters blow by them without noticing, and it results in quick scores on the regular. I didn't ask my defenders to cover underneath, and I didn't ask my defenders to do anything than cover a deep zone. What am I supposed to do in Madden World that wouldn't be a problem for normal, undrafted free-agent cornerbacks in the NFL?

pressed quarters that are base aligned occassionally glitch and cant turn their hips in time, pressed man will get beaten by streaks a decent amt, if its not one of those two things idk what to tell you lol
