Can’t auction rare strategy card that was pulled from store

I just pulled Rare/Blue bull rush strat card from paying  9500 in coins which gives +2 PMV +1 ST to the DLine. And it will only let me quick sell for 20k. Anyone else having similar issues?

Just pulled the same rare card again and this one wont sell either
