100% agree with you. I haven't had a good pull all year. I wasted so much fear in the store. Rolling mystery packs with training was also an L for me.
IMO you don't need the best cards in the game to win this year. I need to tell myself that before I go and spend $100 on a bundle. Rather just grind H2H/solos and stack up my coins.

ive only spent $25 this year $15 on the pass and then $10 in the store made $50 selling my coins but ive j been doing sets and making around 20k profit around every time i do the set. i have 4.1 mill probably could have 4.5-5 mil tonight if lamar is still selling around 300k and doing the set for around 250k honestly time consuming but worth it in the end
I have avoided spending money outside of the initial purchase of the game because of how bad the pack odds are in all of these sports games (stopped after my son when he was 10 would work hours to make $$ for packs in 2K and would always end up with nothing good). The one place that seemed worth spending is on the Premium Field Pass. I really hated the idea of doing that due to principles, but it seemed worth it. The season players to me seem really good and with the premium pass I was able to upgrade 4 players to 91 fairly quickly and all 4 have started for me (I think Bosch may be the best player in the game at this point). It also gave me a good amount of tickets (>11k) still available for next season and got even 2 platinum players at 85 which netted $450k coins. It seemed like that was the best thing to do with $10 in this game although I am concerned that EA will nerf its value in future seasons.

EA is pretty fair with MUT to be honest. If you are disciplined and only spend on market deals you can do very well at a cheap price.
Just don’t slip and end up opening packs for fun.😂
