Anyone else have terrible luck with EA help?

Anyone else have absolutely terrible experiences with eahelp? The game has glitches constantly. I played with invisible players for a month on most feared mode… I’ve lost like 3 cards now because as I opened them the game froze and lost my cards… and no matter what I do… I can’t seem to get any help from EA.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Way worse than dealing with a cable company, and that’s saying something. Absolute joke
