Ninety-Six Team Diamonds Master Set Items Sold So Far

Most of the only people who could have pulled this off already have close connections to MUTLeaks and coins on coins on coins. While I and many in the community were trying to get one of each of a number of players on teams whose Team Diamonds items we were looking for, those dudes bought Team Builders low.

For the MUT Lifers, congrats. You were gifted an unmitigated win by EA today. The rest of us who have suffered through this perverse form of brand loyalty are pretty much shot for the next two months.

I'm going to sleep in a few minutes, and I'll let my brain sort out the nonsense I've witnessed in MUT today. I'll weigh my options as the week continues, but I have never, in 45 years of playing video games back to the Atari 2600, never experienced a game going from engaging to repulsing in one day. Nothing like this. But I'll go to sleep with this thought in mind: EA just told all of the casuals and semi-casuals that we deserve to get curbstomped if we aren't going to start coughing up bucks on packs.

I stayed on top of this and sold my entire team, then used almost all my coins to buy set items in advance. I work remotely and my break lined up exactly when the whole thing went live. I was in there ready to start making sets...and then my internet went out for 5-10 minutes and I was locked out with everyone else who was less fortunate. Lmao. Typical luck for me honestly. No joke.

I basically broke even after some good and bad decisions (could've done better for sure) and I have a lot of coins at this point for an NMS who has still never benefited from glitches before, but yeah. I'm feeling pretty much priced out at this point. My engagement level is down all the way to doing dailies and calling it good with my NMS BND team. Still can beat solos easily by having Penix or maybe the new Richardson card, throw to Berrios and Drake. The game is hanging on by a thread for me.
