Like 5 92s for a 95 or something.  It doesn't make sense.  I literally can't find the 95s I want and I'd spend 5m on them no prob

You can only get the 95s from the auction house or by buying their ridiculous bundles for a "chance" at a 95. You don't see many listed because most people pull or afford get the cards to sell and the whales who have them are keeping them

No it wont be until Blitz we see something. 100%. 

Either extremely tedious to complete a set or you'll be able to buy tons of great packs
