QB going into a Spike ball formation after a play

Good day, everyone
 

I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem where after a play for no apparent reason the QB will go into a hurry up and go into a spike ball formation. This has happened to me a few times this year , is this to another glitch in the game?

Your circle button might be a lil jammed. Have to avoid using that controller

Are you trying to hurry up and pressing "b" on xbox?
