They finally did it, they finally pissed me off enough to quite MUT. After all the years(I've been playing since MUTs inception), all the glitches and times EA has f'd me over, this was the straw that broke the camel's back. EA pulled all Team Diamond offers from the store with the drop of the All Madden promo, causing the price of the 95 Team Diamonds to increase to an even more absurd level; but that's not the main thing I'm angry about. Yes the opportunity offers were slated to go away with the release of All Madden, but they also pulled the 3500 point offers which gave you 4 Team Diamond tokens for the master set, these did not have a countdown on them and usually EA leaves offers such as this up in the store ex Unstoppable, Team Builders, Gridiron Guardians ect. I was planning on picking up the last 3 3500 point bundles I needed today, when my paycheck cleared this evening, but alas they are gone, leaving me stuck at 20 tokens and out of well over 5 million coins at this point. This is legitimately the most livid I've ever been with EA and as a result, if EA doesn't put the Team Diamond offers back in the store by Tuesday, I will finish out the year, charge back everything I've spent and never return to MUT. If this comes to pass I wish the rest of the people on here the best of luck, we suffered together for so long my brothers.
If you charge back, your PSN or MS account will be banned. No big deal if you just have madden and no other games on the account.
Also it is EA, more power to those that spend money on team diamonds but spending 235 for 1 95 overall, is a huge L.
You don’t see it now, but EA actually did you a favor. Trust me.

well dont spend money on the game j grind and play mut squads with ur friends its pretty easy to get coins and grind without spending $
You guys are out of your minds with the money you guys spend
Bro, EA stopped you from making a huge mistake. Buying 3 3500-point bundles to complete a 95 OVR that is already under the cost to build the set is not the move.
I know that's not your point, and it sucks to hear you wasted your time and coin. But honestly, if you needed a paycheck to clear in order to make the purchase, just don't. This game is not worth it. Spend that money on yourself by saving or getting something you've been waiting to splurge on, or spend that money on someone you love.
Im sorry to hear that. Last years Mut was the final straw for me but they added my boy CMC to the cover so I had to play this madden. I had to take a step back and realize that 2-3M for one LTD is absurd. Now its 5M for one card and I've seen a few people with at least 5 of those cards on their team. Adding Vince Young with the new AP update is a huge advantage on offense.
Yeah, I could be no money spend, but I find MUT most enjoyable building a theme team and playing H2H. The Mut experience has been draining to say the least. I think a lot of people aren't enjoying the game at the moment.
I am the same way. I have been grinding and spending money all year and suddenly they drop a bunch of unobtainable cards that dominate the ones I have. And of course my entire team crashes so there's no digging out without spending crazy.
I put up with most of the bs but this seems they want people like me to dissappear. So I guess I'll take the hint. Plus they got rid of harvest and I'm sure it had to do with woke employees hating anything traditional in this country.
Luckily the lions are good on regs so I can jump on there when I need a fix.
i mean spending that much on mut is a crime to begin with you can be free to play and still compete with anyone. Your whole team can be 90 and 91s without spending a dime and thats more than enough to play the game at this point. Get your money back

Why do people care so much what other people spend their money on and feel it necessary to tell them how they should play the game. You don't want to spend money on the game, good for you. You want to spend money on the game, good for you too. Some people take enjoyment out of team building and don't mind dropping a few hundred on the game. I don't see anything wrong with that as long as you have the means.
This has got to be the worst stretch of mut I’ve played in a while
EA operates as both the market maker and regulator, so it's more like they set the rules and adjust them to keep players engaged—and spending.
EA controls how many high-rated cards are released and when. By releasing cards in limited quantities or tying them to special events, they create scarcity, which drives up demand and prices in the marketplace.
EA releases new cards with higher ratings (like a 95-rated card a week after you bought a 93-rated card), doing so, keeps the "market" moving by making older cards less valuable, encouraging players to spend coins or real money to get the latest and greatest.
By influencing the market to encourage people to buy new packs, EA benefits directly. This is similar to a company in the stock market releasing news or rumors to inflate the price of their stock before selling off shares.
The issue for us, the consumer, is that this model is extremely profitable for EA and unlikely to change anytime soon.
As long as there are players who are willing to play along with this current model, EA will not change the way they do business, it would take a great deal of pressure from the community for them to even consider a change.

i dont really care that much just took a couple seconds to encourages him to get his money back. If you think its worth spending hundreds of dollars to compete with someone in this game to have one or two stats better. in reality it makes little difference if you know how to play. Unless are you are competing in MCS theres no point. In week or two they drop something better than the last

I am not saying I agree with it, just saying if that is how they are choosing to spend their money, who cares. While I was commenting on your post, this wasn't meant directly to you. I see it all the time, where NMS people get on people who spend money on packs. If people didn't spend money on packs, there would be no auction house since most of the free packs have trash odds.
