Since I made it in champion do I get the 92 Johnny and the 91 De'Vondre Campbell?

in the first season you only got the player based on the rank you are in. the 2nd ranked season it was glitched and people that were in champion got the top 100 player. But im pretty sure you are only supposed to get the player for the tier you are in, so you would only get 92 Johnny.
