Why is it so rare? I've done sets and ripped the strategy packs and can't pull one for nothing

i always quick sell my uncommon strat cards. others might do the same. i go lucky and pulled it from a daily challenge and it’s been equipped in my extra slot ever since so if it does get pulled it’s prolly being used.

because it’s BND. No clue why, but i pulled the blue let it rip from sets and its +2 THP and +1 DAC but it’s BND

Just pulled it from my daily. Had a good laugh after trying to pull it for so long. I used the lock option on it and immediately put it in the hybrid tab. The captain has 96thp now.

According to the catalog there is an Epic (purple) Let It Rip which is 3 THP and +1 TAD - none are in the PS5 auction house
The Rare LIR (blue) which is 2 THP and +1 TAD has "no guaranteed sources" so it will always be BND - likely available in the field pass or as some other kind of reward.
The Uncommon LIR (green, +1 THPS and TAD) is auctionable but I see none currently in the PS5 auction house
