As that person would end up ridiculed and any other response given is going to be questioned by others. Kind of a lose lose for everyone. Then people start firing off and as entertaining as that is probably isn’t great either. So lose lose lose?
I’ll say this I’m currently spending about $28 a month on supporting content. Twitch subscriptions, mut gg and a discord. The discord is a recent addition which added $12. That was a big decision to add and with such a significant cost will probably be temporary despite it offering good quality resources.
I have been considering selling my soul to the devil though or at least his representative here on earth, EA. I hear they will throw the premium pass in. That value is hard to pass up on. Low hanging fruit 🍌. Look at my old butt using emojis.
lol nice work on the fruit!
I hear you and figured it could go sideways, but there are some decent nuggets of honesty in here, including yours and I appreciate you for it!
mjyoung12 said:Exactly! Thank you both for the honesty.
I was also thinking it would be more in the 1000s spent for some of these rosters I see...they seem fully loaded with the top-rated card at EVERY position.
Yeah. I'm tired of you NMS, menu gurus sitting on 30 million coins. It's all bull. Today to compete you need a lot of luck on random boom or bust packs, some market manipulation, and some coin spent to a chance at top cards or cards you can sell off hype. The days of the budget beast to compete are gone. You'll win some games, but a lot of games you are going to get skunked and rage quit. I've been sitting on 3 -4 million for months and there are cards I just gotta wait to purchase when they become Redux or the next hot card comes out.
For instance, they gave us a bunch of family season cards that won't make your roster over a ZC stocking stuffer or 90 overall card. Those cards should have been readily available to compete with the spenders on day 1 of the season if they knew that ZC was gonna be so OP.
mjyoung12 said:How much $USD monthly do you spend on MUT packs?
25 just for the premium pass
JuicyJ8787 said:This thread isn’t gonna go well. You’ll have NMS guys rushing here to say “$0” while the guys who have spent see no reason to subject themselves to the pitchfork mob here that arises whenever someone spends even $5 and admits it.
On god Ive spent $0 THIS year aside from buying the STANDARD version of the game. I'll admit that from 21 - 24 Ive spent SIXTY dollars on MUT again aside from buying the standard version of the game in that timespan. But I'll also admit that I thought the forum topic was talking about this year so yeah

If you think Im lying about being NMS this year Im not. Most coins Ive had this year at one time was 1.6 mil. Started playing in 21. Have only spent around $60. But I'll admit that I thought the forum topic was talking about this year so yeah

I'm talking about the 93 overall team with 20 million coins on their account saying they spent $0. If it dont apply, let it fly fam.
got the deluxe version or whatever so i had $30 in pts extra, then ive only spent the $10 for the season pass once. at 5M coins, about a 5M team at 92 OVR right now. no need for me to ever spend real money for this bs coinstack thats huge already

the free bnd cards or cards u power up are 90% of the time a trap card that looks great until u investigate what the caveat is. sometimes its a speedy RB with low carrying and u can get away with that (MCFADDEN), or a WR thats tall and fast but doesnt have the best route running and attrocious run blocking. almost anything on defense is hard to use, there are so many spots to check to have an all in one type guy needed at many defensive spots.

user error. i’ve had success with a handful of season/field pass players in my line up on both sides of the ball.

Those cards aren't good until they reach 94 and even then they still dont hold a candle to the ZC boosted cards.

they’re not top end cards, but if you need top end cards you might need a better scheme.
like $500.
I got a job and limited time to play so...
