Do I need to upgrade players Before Christmas

Will I be able to upgrade my zero chill players like njoku, Julio, and Tavon austin with coins of training after snow has expired, or will they just be stuck

all the cards that have used a promo specific currency are upgraded by training or coins after the promo is over

Anything upgrading with alt currency should upgrade with coins or training if they stick to past promo patterns. 

The stocking stuffer tokens probably won't have an alternative though so make sure you snag both of those before promo ends if you care about your two stocking stuffers.

Thanks, I’m bad at the game so snow is hard to come by, I’ve been spending it all on presents but still really want njoku and Julio

Y’all think it’s better to use the snow or wait on training/coins? I currently only have 8,000 snow but about 50,000 training and 3.5 million coins.

Wait, buy xl presents with your snow

If you’re “bad at the game”, you shouldn’t upgrade any of these players now. Grind solo challenges and solo seasons to get snow and use it only on presents for now. If you want to play H2H you should be playing the draft mode because you don’t need a team for that. Hold off on upgrades a few days and accumulate presents. Snow should be cheaper on Christmas (demand will be lower once people have opened their presents), and you can upgrade your guys then.

I upgraded Julio Jones and Sean Taylor, only because I will be keeping them on the team even after Zero Chill.  None of the rest of the players that you mentioned will be on my team, once the boost are over on January 9th, so I won't be wasting the snow on them.  They are in the lineup with no upgrades, just to give the boosts to the other players.
