Does anyone have experience with the Auction House being blocked from your MUT account?
EA tells me that I don't have Bans or Suspensions on my account.

When that has happened to me it's because I've been banned. I would suspect you are banned as well.

EA customer service rep assured me that it wasn't on their end.
I know that this has happened to others and I was just curious to see if anyone was able to resolve the issue.

Something (or “somethings”) you did on the Auction House somehow triggered the “ban bots.”

Yes, you have almost certainly been banned (or temporarily suspended) from the Auction House. If this is your first offense, there is a small chance you may be able to recover your access, as a one-time only exception... IF you are lucky.
DO NOT, under any circumstances believe or trust a word that the reps from EA no-Help say. They are essentially powerless, with no actual ability to do anything. MAYBE if you're very lucky, you'll find a person who offers to "review your account" and get back to you, but they'll always come back with findings that EA has done nothing wrong.
Go check your own Ban History, using this link here: https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ -- i'll include my own Infraction History, so you have a frame of reference and point of comparison. The headings on the following columns are: Game / Type / Reason (if any) / Date / Status. As you can probably see, I successfully managed to get one overturned, but they basically just ignored my further attempts.
I've honestly been wondering if it's even feasible to get banned this year, because of the ridiculously tight Min/Max price ranges that EA sets to control the market, a person would have to blatantly buy coins from secondary markets over and over, in order to get caught up in this. Obviously, i don't actually know, but i'm constantly posting auctions at MAX price, some of which continue to sell. But it's few and far between.
Last year i managed to get banned around this time for profiting off Team Diamond set pieces, i was scalping 83 OVR Dak Prescott cards for ~150-200k coins and they were selling liek hotcakes. EA said, no bueno and proceeded to ban me. Pig fuckers. Next time i'm banned, i'm probably just going to retire. You should start a new account and count your losses. I have a template somewhere if you want to go through the effort to write a strongly worded letter to EA Legal, but nothing short of that will get your account back. And if you were buying coins, they're probably not going to restore your account, if they can clearly identify that you've been buying/selling coins numerous times. Bans typically kick in at 3AM Eastern. Check the mobile companion app, if you get the same/similar error message, your account is cooked. 99% chance you've been suspended based on the limited info available.

FUCK these EA no-Help reps, they have no clue what is going on and may not be trying to lie directly to your face, but they barely speak your native tongue and probably don't have access to the latest information, especially if you were just recently banned. You can contact ten different EA support reps and get 9+ different answers. Hopefully it's a random issue, close down the entire game client, maybe even fully restart your console and try again.
Also check by trying to log into the Mobile Companion App and see if you get any errors there. Have you bought coins? Ever? Have you sold cards for max prices, or anything outside the norm? Hard to say, as i have about as much information as EA no-Help (i.e. none) but we'll figure it out. If you got banned yesterday, your account would lose auction house access around 3AM. Check your email associated with the EA account, you should get some warning or sanction if it's truly your first offense. Please let us know what your account Infraction History says. Preferably a screenshot, if possible.

Awesome, okay. Things are looking good. Apologies for my overreacting, I'm clearly still salty about losing my account access last year.
Let me scroll back up and reread your original post, because the language you used is eerily similar to the account ban. However, you would have received an email if there were an actual infraction. Thanks for bringing clear proof.
Were you able to access AH through the mobile companion app?
I cannot think of any other reason for the hiccup, but I'm hardly an expert on such matters. I got a tiny bit of experience through last year's frustration. I assume you've closed Madden 25 game client, maybe even try clearing cache and / or fully restarting your PlayStation (or Xbox) console? The usual, low hanging fruit troubleshooting steps. I'd be curious any error messages from mobile app. See if you can access either PS4 or PS5 versions of the game through the app. Beyond that, I'm not sure how to get more info on your account.
Any unusual behavior? Buy or sell much during Xmas market crash / swings, however brief? Ever but coins from random websites that nearly EVERY streamer advertises?

I haven't been able to get the companion app to work, originally I thought it had something to do with my phone, so I tried to get it to load on Bluestacks but that didn't work either.
I installed Steam on a different PC, loaded up MUT, and had the same issue, so whatever it is, it's tied to my EA account.
i got a coin wipe but fortunately no ban, I had about 2 mil from presents on alt acnts, and they said I violated coin distrubution rules and wiped my 17k coins after fully upgrading my sqaud 🤣 perfect time to buy michael vick and upgrade my OL
