I know I'm a little late to the party, but going after my first speed strategy card, defense or offense?

Defense cuz u have a higher chance of pulling one!

I would say definitely defense because 1) You have a higher chance to pull one, but more importantly because 2) You have the potential to affect more players. Say you get an offensive one that boosts wide receivers... Realistically you are helping out 3, maybe 4 players on the field at one time. In most formations it's more like 2 or 3 though. If you get an "In The Zone" defensive speed card then you can potentially affect up to 8(!) players because you get a speed boost to all DBs, so you could have 8 if you only use 3 down lineman, or 7 if you use 4 down lineman. If you don't already sub safeties in at your linebacker positions when using nickel/dime then you should start doing so. And if you don't get an "In The Zone" one you can still pull a "The Island" which boosts all cornerbacks, which is still good, just not as good as the "In The Zone."
I did make a video talking about how to get rare strategy cards if you're interested in checking out this 7 minute video. Good luck either way!
