Used to be better, spending millions of coins for 86s that were on my team for 2 weeks was a waste
100 L ......New way of RPs is another EA scam
Rookie Premier player selection is likely the highest drafted player at every major position, unless there is team overlap. Therefore, what it most likely will be is:
QB Kenny Pickett PIT
RB Breece Hall NYJ
WR Drake London ATL
TE Trey McBride ARZ
LT Ikem Ekwonu CAR
RE Aidan Hutchinson DET
DT Jordan Davis PHI
LOLB Travon Walker JAX
CB Derek Stingley Jr. HOU
SS Kyle Hamilton BAL
Others possible:
LG Kenyon Green HOU (in this case Stingley would be changed to Ahmad Gardner NYJ and Hall would be changed to Kenneth Walker SEA)
C Tyler Linderbaum BAL (in this case Hamilton would be changed to FS Dax Hill CIN)
RG Zion Johnson LAC
RT Evan Neal NYG
MLB Quay Walker GB
K Cade York CLE
P Jordan Stout BAL (in this case Hamilton would be changed to FS Dax Hill CIN)
Special teams is extremely unlikely although it would be cool to see York, Stout, Camarda, or Araiza thrown in the program. However, the first listed ten are where I'd put my money on for who appears in this program.

I’m wondering the same thing. I haven’t played mut in a few years so it’s new to me

Dynamic upgrades sound nice but every year they just sat in my binder and upgraded. They were always behind the curve and even with a fresh update, still weren't good enough to crack my starting lineup.
Besides Chase Young here and there 2 years ago, I can't recall ever actually using the old RP players on the field.
Just my opinion.
I like the new way also. Selling my RP cards gave me an early coin infusion that was helpful in making many coins.

I agreed with both of these

Pretty much rookie premier is where you do challenges and sets to earn selected rookies and then you upgrade them to 99 ovr and when you buy madden 23 you will get the rookies you earned as a kickstarter for you mut team but they will be 86 ovr

I think it is the first player drafted at every position.
Look at last year’s M22 RP players.
Trevor Lawrence- First QB Drafted
Najee Harris- First RB Drafted
Kyle Pitts- First TE Drafted
Ja’Marr Chase- First WR Drafted

Thats true. If youre always up to date on cards, they wouldnt be that good. But for most people who dont always up their team consistantly or run TT, usually its better for those people which is most people who arent dropping coins like mad.

You spend a ton of coins to get gold 99s this game that are rookies.
Then next year if you buy the game you get to use those rookies right out of the gate (when the game launches, not early access). Usually you get 2 or 3 really good cards and the rest kinda suck but theyre elite to start with anyway.

Id be okay with this since that would give Pitt a usuable QB.
No more Ben. Vick takes a few months to get out. I dont think theyll rate Tiddy Kisser Mitch Elite.
Hopefully they give him some scrambling speed and a good arm.

Rookie Premiere allows you to complete sets to get a high ovr version of a player in the current madden and a lower ovr version in the next madden. In previous years the rookie premiere card of next madden's rookie player would get the same upgrades as his mut card. So you would start with a 79 ovr Kyle Pitts RP and by the end of the year, very slowly but surely, your RP Kyle Pitts would be upgraded to have the same stats as the 98 ovr Sugar Rush Kyle Pitts that came out towards the end of the game. Last year apparently there was some vote and players decided it was better to have a high ovr RP early in the year that didn't upgrade over time.
EA will drop the RP promo probably soon. You'll do challenges and H2H to get collectibles to put in sets and get your player for Madden 22 and Madden 23
