It's Easier than Ever to Post Pictures and Hyperlinks on the Forums!

MUT.GG made some great changes to the forums today!  It's now easier than ever to use the tooltips bar to insert pictures and links.

  • To insert a URL, simply copy and paste the URL into the post, and hit space, enter, etc.  Note that the URL must include https:// and the www. portion of the address.  It cannot just contain "MUT.gg".  It should look like this: https://www.mut.gg/ 

    • You can still use the link tool to insert a link with a custom description like this: MUT.GG Website

  • To insert a picture, click the picture tool and simply paste in the picture link.  Your picture no longer needs markdown text, but it should end in a common picture file type like .jpg, .png, .gif, etc.

    What do you think of the changes???

Your hyperlink needs the http:// portion of the address to link properly.

No offense, but I won't utilize it. If I post a link I'll use the link button in the post editor toolbar.  However, I think it'll be helpful for others, because I've seen a few folks post up their squads looking for advice and a guy needed to copy and paste the  URL into a new window because it wasn't clickable. 

This makes posting gifs incredibly easy.  MAJOR W. I love gifs.
