Thoughts on The New Rookie Premier Players…?

My thoughts are that some of the cards are really nice, but some are really big L’s and are cards that didnt need an upgrade.

Also Travon Walker with the 95 Speed finna be scary.

Travon sure will be, but he really shouldn’t have gotten another 99

Sadly, I can see the market going way back up now as people scramble to buy NFL Draft players. This is gonna make getting certain cards for Theme Teams unbearable.

I like that we can get a full base 99 lineup now minus kicker and punter

I’m sad they got Ridder and not London.

They made Ridder slow.

Should have had 98 speed being the fastest WR in the draft.   Big L, as can’t be used on a 50/50 TT without a strat card, but they gave out 98 and 99 speed like candy to other WR/DBs.  Very disrespectful to Pats fans and his 40 speed….

I know Travon Walker already had a 99, but they did his draft card super dirty. Excited that they’re finally including the insane physical attributes that he was drafted for.

If EA had been this generous with stats for GTs, they would all probably be a million coins

Dude, quit complaining. He doesn't need 99 Speed to be usable. 96 is plenty on a theme team, 98 with full boosts. Plus, his other stats more than make up for it.

Pretty sure I predicted this on a couple of posts about market/training prices.

Some of the players speed were boosted to sh*t but some of the speeds suck like the tyquan thorton who ran like a 4:28 40 so i overall a 7/10 promo dont like that you can only do the sets once that makes the ah price of the cards become way too high but its june so whatever goes i guess

Meh... its not that I don't like the promo. Maybe I'm just upset that they didn't pick the QB for Washington. I know he was a 5th rounder. Just soooo many better WRs would've been cool to have a 99 Washington QB. I'm getting really annoyed with the TB12 high-five cut scenes. like 5 times a game. I know I could just use Cam, or Mixon. Just hard with a 25/25/25 team. I only have a few slots for cards not on one of my tts. Westry, C. Johnson, and my O-line with all those discounted abilities is hard to pass up. Plus Brady is free, and besides his release being just a bit slower. He's not that far behind the best QBs in the game. Tbh the high-five thing is my only real problem with him, and I can deal. Just annoying!

they only drafted him for a quote " upside" but the jags are just bad at drafting, aidan hutchinson is the same player with better college stats aidan is slower but has a higher 20 yard shuttle 3 cone and high jump in the combine and aidan hutchinsons hands are skilled and efficient to grease the edge while fluid counter steps open inside paths to the pocket.
