What do you mean, reset it? I’m fairly certain Legend at one point said anyone can win a second time, it just hasn’t happened yet.

Yeah, not sure what you mean by reset it.  People can win more than once.  There is nothing preventing that right now.  We're just looking to recognize as many people as we can who we feel are deserving.
