No it is not true I just happened to pull a deep route specialist with speed boost today out of that

Nice! And yeah, I pulled all of my +SPD strat items from the fantasy pack. So, they're definitely in there.

Great post. All of your posts are very informative, keep up the good work. I play MUT squads and run offense, so for my defensive chems in squads I am trying to run double “the leg“ strategy cards for additional kicking power but they aren’t stacking even with different ”the leg” card versions

Hey bud, do you still feel this way with the way the game is now?  It seems like the top tier guys have 99 spd and whatnot. 

I think Cunningham for example might not be that fast, but fast enough to run 20 yards backwards, and turn around, and get hit, and and throw a dot.

Its just crazy. 

Ps. The web site is great but I was wondering if it's possible to compare more then I two players at a time.

Pretty much. Then hope you pull some greens/blues. Otherwise just do the sets to keep upgrading your cards till you get two blues to get a strat pack and hopefully get one you want.

Does MUT GG have a list of Strategy cards that can be upgraded to Tier 9? TIA

I wish there was accessible info on the strategy cards that got more tiers in S4 like Mind Reader.

First... this was a great post so thanks for that.  I am currently running two Deep Route Specialists for the +2 SPD on my WRs plus two In The Zones for +2 SPD on my DBs.  But I'm also running a 50/50 Cowboys Theme Team which gives +2 SPD to any Cowboys (and all my skill position players are Cowboys).

So many of those cards are not getting the benefit of a full +4 SPD any longer.  It's time to start thinking of what to switch to going forward.  I have enough extras to start doing exchange sets and I think I'm staying with DRS on offense for now... but will go with Run Stuff and Sure Tackler on defense.  Those both provide boosts for every player.  

Some people say the move is Mind Reader and Sure Tackler... but I think Run Stuff is better than Mind Reader.  Both Run Stuff and Mind Reader have core (unbolded) attributes of PUR and PRC... but Run Stuff has BSH while Mind Reader has AWR as the 3rd attribute.  I'll take Blockshed over Awareness but that's just my opinion.

Wish me luck because you really need it when it comes to these damn exchange sets!

I pulled one a couple of weeks back as well.

What is the difference between Rare cards as such? I recognized that some can be powered up to Tier 9, even from the beginning. Other Rare cards cannot so that. Is there any logic to understand which ones changed and by how much? It looks a little random right now. The Island had 3, In the Zone has 9 and so on

EA added new tiers to every rare strategy item that didn't already have SPD on it. They made a mistake and added new tiers onto the In The Zone item even though it did have +SPD.
