99 third down running back?

I have a 99 Saquon Barkley as my running back (no other good one yet). He has a rating of just 91 as third down back. Which players have a 99 rating for this role?

I’m not sure what the criteria for a 3rd Down RB is. I normally assume that it’s a good receiving back, but I had Reggie Bush and he was only a 93 there.

I think GT Vick, GT Patterson, and GT William Perry are all 99 3rd down backs because of their receiving attributes. Not sure if there are others.
