I always say it but the Patriots always have plenty of legends and on that leaked legends sheet, a lot of them were Pats

Pats, Raiders, and 49ers are definitely always strong. I'd suggest one of those.

These are the best usually because of legends. 

Steelers and Ravens are a slight step down. 

Cowboys/Eagles just under the above tier. 

This year Miami should be solid as should the bills and kc if you want something different.
