They've been saying since the announce...it's 28 X 82 OVR cards not just 82 OVR ALL MADDEN cards. That's why 82 core elites were so high in the market. The set was built that way at first apparently and now it only accepts 82 ovr All Madden cards and not all 82 OVRs.....

Yeah, this year is off to a pretty terrible start. I dare say a fumblerooski is on the horizon, so expect make-rights left and right.

That’s how most of the special sets are… special sets like campus heroes or headliners will only take those cards unless it’s a set to get a couple regular cards to that specific set.
Yeah, I cant believe anyone assumed it was ANY 82. It’s always been cards tied to the program. It’s done that way to sell packs otherwise people would do what they’ve attempted to do this week and stockpile cards ahead of time.
EA will always say anything other than in game messaging is a Work In Progress. Until that program launches, you can only make assumptions from a PowerPoint slide that some 19 year old intern put together.

100% correct. And if it goes live for whatever reason (because stuff is never released properly) you’ll either make it in time and get the exploit or youll get some kind of makeright.
Just completed the David Montgomery set. It took my cards and didn't give me DM. Did EA help chat and the guy didn't understand anything about madden sets or programs. They kept thinking I was talking about rookie premier. Then said there was only 1 unsung hero set in the game. Then referred me to a tweet from 3 days ago. It was so frustrating. Trying to call now.

Completed the same set on PS5 and it did the same to me! I have posted on an EA help forum, but nothing yet! Lot of coin used and waisted if the card doesn’t show up!
