I just built bobby McCain and he's a significant upgrade from Justin simmons but dude is 250k, I'm having a hard time justifying keeping him on the team when his price is so high. Would I be dumb for keeping him?

Sell man. When new cards drop so will his price. i pulled an 87 lineman the other day and sold immediately for 190k
