Help Adjusting Head 2 Head Lineup

I can't figure out how to update my lineup in "Play A Friend" Head To Head.   Everything else I do uses the lineup I currently have.  

However when I try and play my brother head to head it is using a really old roster and I can't figure out why or how to change it.

Any help is much appreciated.

As far as I know this is still broken. It has been reported to EA so I'd assume a fix is being worked on.

Thank you.  FWIW I think the lineup it uses is the same one I played with in the MCS23 Kickoff last weekend.
