Will theme teams be affected by power ups and will this affect theme teams overalls

It’s going to all depend on legends 

pats/49ers/steelers/raiders/ravens are all usually  top tier. 
 

Miami, Buffalo, kc, and browns could be better teand this year

It will 100% be Raiders.  Every year the Raiders are absolutely stacked, but especially this year with the whole John Madden theme, the Raiders will be unreal.
