I figured they would be alot more expensive. I've pulled an 85ovr RG, 85 Pitts and Khalil Mack and they are about 40-45k each. Im sure 85's will be going into sets like possibly team diamonds and if so then their price will probably increase a little but who knows what will happen and when. Also I don't need them cause I already have bnb Pitts and a 86 platinum RG and HL Deablo though I could put Mack at DE or Lolb. Im just surprised how cheap alot of the 84-85 core elite players are right now but I guess there's many 86's to get so it makes sense.
Definitely not an expert, but in years past it seems like a good plan to either sell immediately that first week or wait until team diamonds as they will probably creep back up a bit in value.
I would sell every player 84 and above and try to craft as many BND 86's for free or cheap as you can.
My current method of team building/coin making is buying 84+ platinum cards for as close to quicksell and possible and using those cards on my team until I can replace them with either higher platinum cards or BND's. Remain liquid in coins until around Halloween as much as you can, and then the training reroll methods will determine long term values of these core elites.
At the end of the day it's however you will get the most fun out of this mode. If you see no use for your 84-85 rated players on your team, sell them for 10-20% above the lowest buy now prices for "lazy buyers" to purchase.
Hope this helps!
I’ve always been super impatient and sold asap for coins whoever does not go into my lineup. This year I’m taking a different approach and only selling the most experience cards like the Nick Bosa and Jamaar Chase cards I packed. Every other core elite and every single gold card I’ve saved in my binder since day 1 unless doing some quick exchange In anticipation for Team Diamonds.
