So I built Hayes Boss Legend. Then when I went to upgrade the PUP you have to put all the items into it also?????
I just used them to build the Boss. You have to collect the pieces of the set twice to Powr Up the Boss card.???

Yes, it's completely insane.
And no stats are boosted.
It apparently only gives you access to a 1 AP discount on three abilities.
It also apparently gives you abilities from a whole different archetype.

It's absolute bs. This is the most disappointing legends release ever. No rerolls. Packs suck. No sets for higher set pieces. No hype on Twitter and the power up system is horrible. Just don't under stand

Found out the hard way myself with Legend PUPs. They could have told us before hand since we can use any card for 81-85. But yes, not really worth doing power ups on most of them and the one it is worth it on which is Hayes will cost you too much so not worth it. No +1’s.
