Can I use EA pass to rent Madden for 20 more hours?

So the NFL gave season ticket holders a free copy of Madden, initially I thought cool.  They now say we shall receive it after the 11th when the season starts. I already had EA pass or whatever they call it now. I got 10 hr trial for PS5 and 10 for PS4 but only have a few hrs left. If I get EA pass on another user name can I get 20 more hours of trial to hold me over for a couple weeks.?

On PS... You used to be able to do this from another account, then switch back to your main after you activate the new 10 hour trial, and the hours would carry over. But I’m not sure if that still works.
