Best budget QB?

I’m looking for a good budget QB around 70k or less, just want someone that consistently makes throws and don’t care a ton about speed because you’re literally not allowed to move with your QB this year🤣

I feel like the 84 Tua card has better stats than Danny Dimes unless I’m missing something haha

Danny is bigger and  had better throw  style last year. He meets the 80 threshold accurately For all 3. 
 

Tua does have some speed and tup. Can’t go wrong with either.
