I noticed once I passed level 17, I didnt receive the 89 overall BND player. I gave it a few days being patient, it’s still not there. I’ve since Eclipsed other milestones, which leads me to believe I’m not going to receive it. What do I do ?!? Has this already been addressed? (I’m on xbox1 /old gen)

EA fixed the pass yesterday for all rewards going forward. However, for rewards that were earned before yesterday, the said they're still working to get those pushed out to the people missing them. So if you earned the player a few days ago, it will probably be next week (according to EA on twitter) before you'll get the pack.
