i haven't touched grass for a week on that game and I put over 500 for sure into their actual packs and they think its okay to flush all that time and value on me ? and on top of it ban my account from any online game mode so basically taking the game from me without refund. Because obviously I didnt spend 100 on a pre order double gen version to play quick match with my sister.

It says permeant ... i sent them an explanation, hopefully they are forgiving. That's also why I posted on here to see if anyone had been able to turn a similar situation around or if anyone else had the same problem.
Like I said, this is my first time on madden, first time playing MUT, I'm not saying I think they'll understand that but it seems like they shouldn't give a PERMENANT BAN for a first time offender. That is like some fascist shit lol

I literally got stephon gilmore like 5 minutes before I was banned...didn't even get to use him. And I was 8 CP away from tariq. This is ass.

Yeah that’s pretty shitty man. But on the bright side if you wanted to start a new account & catch up, it’s still very early in the year... so you wont be far behind
