Per today's stream (9/8), the EA dev team is still working on it.
If they don't have it fixed by tomorrow, I'm assuming they don't have a fix for it. It has been almost two work weeks, and I don't understand why they can't just give everyone the rewards and call it a day.

Thank you, I appreciate it. That's low of EA to ban words. As a customer that paid for the game, they should allow us to voice our concerns.

I'm in the same boat. Missing 75k xps, packs, and Woolen. However, I probably don't even need him anymore smh...

That's exactly what I'm missing as well. Yet they keep piling more shit on top of shit that didn't work already. 2 promo's now since the rewards issue last week with UK incoming too. And people who didn't even have progress were showered with rewards they never earned. This needs to be resolved.

I'm missing all Comp Pass rewards for Levels 9 through 17. Still sucks. I want my 89 BND All-Madden player...
