PC Campus Hero 87 pack issue?

I'm sure this has been addressed already but does anyone else have this issue/updates on the 87 ovr campus hero packs that aren't working for PC? I've finished all the solo challenges and I'm far enough in the house rules to get the second, but neither are working.

i didnt get the packs either , but its a known Issue they are working on it. He talked about it several times in Good Morning Madden
