I agree with this. I had to stop using the rams in practice mode because he gets the ball out faster than I can move the reticle.

Looking at the chart, Tebow should have a faster release than Stafford, but I just subbed him in and there's no way Stafford release is worse than the Tebow one, I mean, the eye test is pretty clear to me...

Wondering if this is still a work in progress, because honestly I'm a little bit confused lol

Hey, hope you are having a great day. Wondering if this is only short passes? I really like Lamar's deep release and feel like slinger 3 should be higher. I used slinger 2 all year since I am a Mahomes die-hard and liked it a lot. I feel the deep on that is smooth but slinger 3 is a little more fluent.

I'm curious as well. Baker Mayfield has Traditional 6 which is rated towards the bottom but I swear his release feels faster than everyone I've used except for Rodgers and maybe Stafford. Could just be a play style thing or in certain scenarios, certain throw motions are faster than they would be if you're standing in a clean pocket (under pressure, on the run, rolling out, etc). Could just all be in my head though.

When I tested releases this year, I threw 3 short, 3 medium, and 4 long passes for each qb.  Depending on the release, some qb releases will feel faster when throwing short compared to other qbs with different releases.

You should do like I did and at least put the qb release links under the names so you can just click and go right to everyone (I even sorted by price so you can see whos how much if you want to spend a certain amount).
