I believe you get it once you fully upgrade the 90 ovr. I know they auto-start, but the X-Factors seem really pricy AP-wise.

we need more player Xfctor not 3/3 we need 5/5 xfactors and the rest super stars and we need more abilities ap not 12 or 14 we need 25 and 23
