Improvisers don't get SFL. Only Strong Arms and Field Generals do. Both require a minimum of 92 throw power.

I think on GMM they confirmed he’ll get SFL as a special ability in one of his ability buckets.

strategy cards or boosts never affect abilities. stats have to be at the threshold stock to unlock an ability
