The pack strike is supposed to benefit NMS players, but wouldn't increasing pack odds for $100 bundles make it even harder for NMS players to win games? I love the idea of giving more solo battle, solo challenge, and MUT Champs rewards, but I don't know why they threw pack odds into the mix.
noahunbanned said:Packs are not even worth pulling right now because everything except for the high overall legends and AKA and TOTW are not going for much on the market right now. If you pull a 34K coin elite pack and the highest overall card you pull is an 80 overall, you are losing 30k coins. I think either pack odds need to be greatly increased or packs need to be reduced in price.
Theyre never worth pulling ever. Never have been.
I'm in #packstrike, and admittedly I am part of the problem given I use a combination of grinding and buying packs because I don't have multiple hours to just grind the game a week (too much real life grinding for me to do, and not much time to do madden grinding, being a father, husband and man 1st).
I just wished these content creators would all be on board, and get with the rest of us in the community and take things a step further. Petition the NFL and NFLPA to end the licensing agreement with EA, Maybe do the same with the Madden family itself citing the reasons.
We all should be 100% on board, EA is restricting key cards so badly there are literally only a handful of 89 and 91 Tomlinson cards on the XBox AH and the 89 is near a million and the 91 like 1.4 million. And that is NOT that great a card, or popular a card, so it underscores the issue of them really killing pack odds beyond reasonable this year.
NOTE: By killing the PU program EA is dropping a fraction of the cards they did in prior years substantially cutting their workload. They are making up for the smaller card pool by forcing prices up through market manipulation to try and force purchases. The goal: same income, less expense.
