I have about 2.5 after selling my team and was looking for some advice when it comes to building. I like to run 3-4 46 or double a

You'll have to pick where you want to have top shelf players and where u want budget players.  In a 3-4 top tier OLBs are 90 Ware,  LT.....90 Von, Vrabel......DEs, you'd be looking for more run stuffers in a 3-4 .. is be looking at Reggie, LTD Chandler,, Bruce Smith,  Garrett or Donald maybe. At DT Sapp would be the guy or you could do it cheaper with CH Ngata.....

MLBs is preference...I like Nitschke and Derrick Johnson 

Secondary is where you have to be strategic. I like both Woodsons, McAllister,  NTL, Hayes, Champ, GG Kam, Atwater, Polamalu.

But the above is going to be way more than 2.5 so you'll have to pick and choose where u want to have a stud and where u want a budget beast. Good luck,  butBuilding an entire 3-4 or 4-6 with 2.5 you'll have to be creative

What? You absolutely don’t need the top players, you can easily build a competitive team with 2.5m if you build to scheme. Don’t waste roster spots. So for example I run mainly 11 personnel. So I picked up 3 good WRs - using sets I built Fitzgerald and Crabtree first, and in doing so built my O line and D line with the BND cards I got back, as well as a couple of filler positions like linebackers. Then I got Keshawn Johnson for 3. so building 2 players gave me most of my offense. Picked up Demarco Murray as part of that so HB sorted.

I use an extra TE or FB occasionally so picked up Kittle as my TE2 and FB, two positions covered. Then used free Tebow as I like options. Rounded off with Parham at TE, budget baller. Offense and half the defense built for 850k ish.

gives you some good coin to pick up key players on the D. But again, fill the positions you need.

the sets can give you some great players but select players that do a job now and can become depth, like Hayward at CB. Chase at DE is great, Ngata Olsen, players like that.
