I keep getting an error message when trying to buy anything in the store. Doesn't matter if buying with coins/training/points, keep getting the same error. I've troubleshot as much as I can on my end and of course EA is not helpful. The message is "Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry." only issue is there isn't anything pending and I didn't purchase anything.
Has anyone ran into this error? How did you fix it, if you were able to?

I already said I've tried everything on my end, that includes rebooting the game lol. I've reinstalled, power cycled and everything. If it's on EA's end I'm never getting it fixed.
Maybe it's divine intervention? Snarkiness aside it could be a server side issue. When I log into MUT a graphic comes up for whatever promo they have. If I click okay it takes me into the game directly to the store. If I decline it errors out my game with a blue screen sending me to the PlayStation dashboard and I have to restart. Like you I deleted the game and reinstalled and it's still doing the same thing. I don't bother with EA because they're as useless as tits on a Bull bcs they don't care once they have your money if your game works or not. If you've tried working with EA on the issue to no avail I'd suggest getting in touch with Xbox/PlayStation support and demanding a refund.

Nope, an EA community manager replied to my forum post on the EA support forums but no fix yet. There are a ton of people from both platforms with the same issue it's bullshit man.
