How do you get the sidekicks or the 88 Fields CB? don’t see them

They said that it would be a level 16 field pass reward but it’s not there. You can make them via a set as well

Your guess is as good as mine lol. I have no idea. EA has had a rough go of it thus far. Something is always off.
