If you have a lot of coins and/or don't mind the price difference, Kam is obviously better. Big, fast, hits hard, and has really good coverage stats if you want to user someone else at times.
However, if you're on a budget, Delpit is definitely the way to go. You won't notice a huge drop off in gameplay and he saves you around 300k.
I have both. Kam is better. But right now you can get high value for Kam so some people are selling their team and using BND or cheaper cards. They can buy cards back later at a lower price or buy a better card especially if it does Not fit you TT. I have done that with some cards. And a lot of people do not care about the comp card so they do not have to play head to head. Delpit is a great card though especially if on a budget.
