At work, please update if trophy pack fix works or not

They said they were going to reinstate trophy pack (hopeful fix) first and gauge success, then attempt to give everyone the rewards for previous seasons earned.  Can anyone update me on the success when this is rolled out?

i thought they said it would be "end of the week" not "end of next week".  Did I misunderstand?

They did say by the end of the week if the fix does work
