HR glitch - apparently there are special teams

Was winning by 2 as time runnin  out my opp had the ball on 4th , last play of the game from 20 yards out

Dude lined up and kicked a FG to beat me.

I messaged him I thought ST aren't allowed in HR. Apparently there's a glitch .

That's strange, I haven't seen anyone else post about this on here or twitter yet. I haven't started playing HR yet, but I hope I don't deal with this.
