As always EA can’t release anything without it being half ass. Anyone else getting error seeing field pass and not getting do.
Thanks EA - I can do solo battles now but waste my games getting no xp to advance.
EA Sports where the store is NEVER DOWN but the game ALWAYS broken & we find new ways to screw you out if play for rewards but your $$$ is ALWAYS welcomed!

I am not able to look at any field pass and no stats are tracking for me at all in any field pass atm.
Mine just came back but robbed me as usual of vital stats, just so annoying!

these madden team fheads are going to drive folks to violence sooner or later.

Game sucks man I’ve played 35 online games and nothing has been tracked I’m stuck at level 2 and haven’t gotten any rewards and can’t even open the field pass I’ll snap one of these days man
It's so damn annoying because I'd be about level 27 by now if EA's games weren't built with -5 percent effort
Does anyone know how to fix this. I have not been getting any rewards and can’t even play head to head
Nothing we can do they have to fix it. I’m stuck like the rest of you. No stats or do progress towards seasons 2 or competitive pass. Assuming it froze when I did step 1 of the madden monster. That seems to be when a lot of people got screwed.
Is there any solution too this like has madden adressed it or have you guys tried re installing the game ?

Did you do anyhung special for field pass to become avaliable? Haven’t played all week cause i cant access field pass and stuck on Lvl 1

Some one on here claimed that they heard people had success reinstalling but I haven't found any post that it has helped. I have reinstalled both versions of the game for xbox one/series x, cleared cache, tried it on a diff console... It wont be corrected until/if EA decides to correct it. EA Help on twitter has replied to many users stating that they are aware of the issue and do not currently have a solution. Last comment from EA on twitter that I saw making this statement was like 2 hours ago. Only thing we can do is keep them aware of how many of us are affected and hope that they take care of it.
