Ea making me do Verification mid game

It popped up on my screen saying solve the puzzle below to continue playing and its asking me to pick the square that shows 2 objects yet it wont let me pick any box

now i dont have access to the auction house. all i did was buy 90 beast mode and 90 Fitzmagic.

May be making sure youre not a bot if you did the comp app. 

Ive had something similar happened before but I had to reset my password.

Well i got Perma banned for nothing and i contacted  Ea help and they said they will look into my appeal within 30 days
