Who's the Best QB in the game besides Elway?

I'd vote for McNair. Good speed, great discounted abilities, and solid release.

If I had to rank them after Elway, it'd go:

Steve McNair
Bernie Kosar
Bert Jones
Lamar Jackson

I didn't rank Allen since I don't believe he's obtainable unless you got some sort of XP glitch.
